Code of Conduct

AI+X Global Talent Community | BlendED Learning

This agreement applies to all students participating in the 2025 On-Campus Experience, regardless of housing selection. By submitting the Pre-Check-In Form, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Housing and Facilities (if applicable)

Participants who select BlendED-arranged housing will be placed in shared double rooms unless a single room upgrade has been paid for. Roommate or building preferences are not guaranteed.

  • Check-in takes place between 5:00–6:00 PM on the day before each session begins. Check-out is required by 12:00 PM on the final day of the session.

  • Participants are expected to keep their room clean and may be held financially responsible for any damage, lost keys or access cards ($25 each), damaged linens, or excessive cleaning.

  • No luggage storage is available after check-out.

  •  Lesley University staff may enter student rooms without prior notice for safety or maintenance purposes

Safety, Conduct, and Campus Rules

  • Alcohol, smoking, vaping, and drug use (including marijuana) are not permitted on BlendED program premises or in housing.

  • Outside food or beverages are not allowed in Lesley University housing or event spaces.

  • Drones and unauthorized equipment may not be used on campus.

  • Participants must follow all safety protocols, including emergency or infectious disease procedures required by BlendED, Lesley University, or local authorities.

  • Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

Emergencies and Responsibilities

  • Participants must provide accurate emergency contact and medical information through the Pre-Check-In Form.

  • Any incidents or safety concerns must be reported immediately to Lesley University Public Safety (+1 617-349-8888) or BlendED staff onsite.

  • BlendED is not responsible for lost, stolen, or abandoned personal property.

Program Communication and Media

Unless otherwise requested in writing before the session, participants grant permission for BlendED to use program photos, video, or student quotes for educational and promotional purposes.

Liability and Participation Waiver

  • Participation in the program involves inherent risks, including those associated with travel, group activities, and public events.

  • Participants assume full responsibility for their own participation.

  • BlendED (Touch Education Technology Inc.), its staff, partners, and affiliates are not liable for any personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss incurred during the program.

  • Participants must comply with all applicable laws and university policies at all times.

Students will confirm agreement to these terms by checking "I acknowledge and agree" in the Pre-Check-In Form.
