Welcome to Research Support Session Request!

We are thrilled about the prospect of collaborating with you and offering our research support to your esteemed team.

Before proceeding with your request, we kindly ask you to review the following guidelines to ensure the accuracy and validity of your submission.

Who Can Request

This system is open to anyone with an active Unlimited Annual Plan. You and your team should also have an established research poster, or a draft research paper, achieved from your previously completed PBL cohort.

Prepare Your Materials

Make sure all the necessary research materials are ready for discussion. Having everything prepared will help us schedule your session more efficiently.

Expected Wait Time

Please understand that it may take some time to arrange your session. We'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Submit Only ONE Request per Team

Only one person in your research group needs to submit the request, even if there are multiple contributors to the research. Please coordinate within your group.

What’s Next

Your Academic Advisor will check your materials to ensure they're ready before scheduling the session. Be ready for a quick review. They will also help you settle down the session time with your Project Lead.
